Roger Parry has been Chairman of several media/technology companies including: Future (magazines), Johnston Press (newspapers), Oxford Metrics (software); YouGov (data analytics) . He is one of the founders of Chrysalis Vision (TV drama) and MSQ Partners (marketing communications), and is a non-executive director of Uber GB. (transport)
He was Chairman of Shakespeare’s Globe Trust. He is a Visiting Fellow of Oxford University and was awarded a CBE in 2014
He was CEO of the international division of Clear Channel Communications Inc. from 1998 to 2006 and before that CEO of More Group plc.
He has been a director of a number of media and advertising companies including: Aegis, Internet Indirect, iTouch, Jazz fm, London Radio and WCRS. He was a founder director then Deputy Chairman of Clear Media in China. He began his career working for Saatchi & Saatchi, then was a journalist for the BBC, LBC and ITV and after that a consultant with McKinsey and Company.
He is married with one son and lives in Toronto, Canada and London UK.
